Christmas Eve: Open 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
New Year's Eve: Open 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Parking for YMCA members is available in two gravel lots located at the corner of Cottage and Court Streets. Metered street parking is also available, or enjoy a brief, 2 block walk to the Y from the free downtown parking zone (it’s a great warm up and cool down to your workout!)
The Salem Family YMCA's holiday hours are:
- New Year's Day - Open 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Easter - Closed
- Memorial Day - Open 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- July 4th - Open 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Labor Day - Closed
- Thanksgiving Day - Closed
- Christmas Day - Closed
In addition, the Child Development Facility closes for two days mid-June for training. The entire YMCA facility closes for one week prior to Labor Day for deep cleaning and intensive maintenance projects. Please contact the YMCA front desk for exact dates of closure.
