Inside our four story building, you’ll find a wide range of equipment, services, activities and amenities. You'll find our 116,000 square feet of space loaded with everything you're looking for in a health and wellness experience.
Massage Therapy

Weight Room
Our weight room is one of the largest in Salem, and offers a wide selection of free weights and machines.
Basketball/Volleyball Courts
Two full sized basketball courts host drop-in times and league play, and are also used for recreational and advanced volleyball.

Cardio Area & Indoor Track
Over 30 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair step machines, rowing machines, and cycles are available, which means there’s rarely a wait to start your cardio workout. There’s also an indoor track for jogging or walking – perfect for those cold rainy days.
Circuit Training
In addition to the equipment in our main weight room, the Salem Family YMCA offers a separate circuit training room. Set in our second floor Moore Room, the circuit offers a more private feel than a traditional weight room, and delivers a great full-body workout. Try a circuit class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, or hit the circuit any time it fits your schedule.
Racquetball/Handball Courts
Five racquetball/handball courts located on the third floor are home to a very active community of fans and players. Drop in to play, or call (503) 399-2755 to reserve a court.
